Hey all, my name is Nate and I live in Murrieta. I am competing for my first time in the San Diego games next week. Do you guys get together and practice much? I know its limited time before the games. I have been watching some you tube videos on form and I had a 56 pound weight for distance instrument put together for practice. Would be nice to get with some people that know the forms for the throws and practice a bit. Novice class was full so I had to sign up for Mens C class. Appreciate your time!
